Arkansas hospital completes $141M expansion to increase specialty services, robotics: 3 notes

Rogers-based Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas finished its $141 million expansion project, according to Talk Business.

Here are three notes:

1. Construction on the final phase of the seven-story patient tower featuring 100 additional beds began Sept. 24.

2. The new space will allow Mercy Hospital to roll out a robotic surgery program, which the hospital was previously unable to offer.

3. Mercy Hospital recruited a neurosurgeon who will join in summer 2019.
