Scottsdale-based Arizona Brain & Spine Center, founded by Igor Yusupov, MD, is closing after 15 years, he said in an April 27 LinkedIn post.

“Serving this community has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional life,” Dr. Yusupov said in his post. “I am deeply grateful for the trust our patients placed in us during some of their most vulnerable moments, and for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives.”

Dr. Yusupov is a minimally invasive spine surgeon. He earned his medical degree at State University of New York Upstate Medical University, and he completed his residency at Upstate Medical University, both in Syracuse.

Dr. Yusupov’s post didn’t say why the practice was closing.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
