Andrews Sports Medicine to open orthopedic center in vacant shopping mall

Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine is planning to redevelop a portion of a vacant shopping center into a 135,000-square-foot facility, according to a Nov. 1 report from Bham Now

A public hearing is set for Nov. 5 to consider resurveying the mall property and Andrews’ redevelopment plan. 

The facility would take up roughly 18% of the vacant facility, which totals 750,754 square feet.
