Alphatec Spine Appoints Luke Faulstick to Board of Directors

Alphatec Holdings, parent company of Alphatec Spine, has appointed Luke T. Faulstick to the company’s board of directors.

Mr. Faulstick is co-owner, president and CEO of Power Partners in Athens, Ga., a manufacturer of overhead distribution transformers. Mr. Faulstick previously served in several operational roles at DJO Global, most recently as executive vice president and COO.
