Here are five things to know:
1. Mr. Davidson was CEO of Agility for over 21 years.
2. The company expanded its services to over 150 locations across 22 states and two provinces under his leadership.
3. Mr. Davidson was at the helm as Agility strove to diversify its product lines to include outpatient therapy clinics, outsourced physical rehabilitation services, athletic injury prevention services and more.
4. Agility Health appointed Pierre G. Gagnon, a director at Agility, chairman of the company’s board of directors. He will also serve as its interim CEO until the board finds a permanent replacement.
5. Mr. Davidson will continue as a director of the company and will assist the board’s search for a new CEO.
