Phoenix-based Advanced Spine and Pain plans to break ground on a new ASC on May 6.

The facility will be 12,075 square feet, and most of that space is dedicated to business and patient care, according to an April 30 news release. It will have 10 exam rooms, four preoperative bays and four postoperative recovery suites.

The ASC will offer interventional pain management, orthopedic and spine surgery, vascular care and physical therapy. It is projected to open in January.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
