Integrated Pain Associates has nine physicians, two clinics and two ASCs, according to a news release. The practice specializes in minimally invasive spine procedures and pain management including spinal cord stimulation and sacroiliac joint fusion.

“Our practice has been proactively seeking a partner to help accelerate our growth plans and optimize our strategic initiatives,” Scott Irvine, DO, president and founder of the practice said in the release. “We feel strongly that Triton Pacific Capital Partners shares our vision and drive and will be the right fit for us moving forward.”

Integrated Pain Associates was founded in 2009. The practice plans to replicate its “hub-and-spoke” model of growth in underserviced markets.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
