1. Provide manageable work schedule and call hours – 66 percent

 

2. Offer sufficient compensation to avoid financial stress – 42 percent

 

3. Maintain reasonable patient loads – 39 percent

 

4. Allow flexibility in schedule – 38 percent

 

5. Have an environment with positive attitudes of colleagues – 36 percent

 

6. Develop an adequate support staff – 34 percent

 

7. Offer adequate amount of paid vacation – 29 percent

 

8. Make educational and professional growth opportunities available – 9 percent
