6-physician practice joins Illinois Bone & Joint Institute

Des Plaines-based Illinois Bone & Joint Institute acquired Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists Aug. 1.

OSS is a six-physician group with two physical and occupational therapy clinics in Park Ridge and Fox River Grove, Ill.

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute has added four other orthopedic groups in the state this year.

Chicago-based Northwest Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Hinsdale Orthopaedic Associates, Bradley-based Oak Orthopedics and Chicago Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine have also joined the practice.
