Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Orthopedic Institute has started construction on a two-story, 70,000-square-foot building in Tea, S.D., according to an Oct. 19 report from Sioux Falls Business.

The building will combine clinic and administrative space with advanced image and procedure capabilities, outpatient physical and occupational therapy, and rehabilitation. The building will also include turf space for sports training.

Its physicians specialize in complex total joint preservation, reconstruction or replacement procedures, nonsurgical and surgical spine care needs and pain management with non-opioid solutions.

The building is expected to be completed by late 2024 or early 2025.
