USOP appointed Kevin Navas as COO and Rhonda Gibby as chief human resources officer.

Spire Orthopedic Partners

Spire Orthopedic Partners added Middletown, Conn.-based Middlesex Orthopedic Surgeons and Chelmsford, Mass.-based Orthopaedic Surgical Associates. The practices have a combined 21 physicians.

Spire Orthopedic Partners has partnered with Peabody, Mass.-based Sports Medicine North and its Orthopedic Surgical Center of the North Shore.

Orthopedic Care Partners

Private equity-backed Orthopedic Care Partners in Gainesville, Fla., has affiliated with St. Louis-based Motion Orthopaedics.
