Mr. Brelsford was previously CFO of EmergeOrtho’s Triangle Region, according to an April 26 news release. He was also CFO for Carolina Orthopaedic Specialists in Hickory, N.C., and state controller for the North Carolina practices of U.S. Oncology.
He stepped into the new role earlier this year, the release said.
EmergeOrtho is the fifth-largest orthopedic group in the country and has more than 270 physicians.
