The five tips are:
1. Ask your current employees and physicians what they like about working in your practice, and then accentuate those points during the recruiting process.
2. Outline the desired qualities of your ideal candidate.
3. Understand what younger doctors are looking for today, and incorporate that into your scheduling and compensation plans.
4. Make sure your office is up to date in terms of technology.
5. During the recruiting process, make sure you include the spouses and children of the prospective candidate.
