Five details:

1. 7 Springs plans to open as many as five facilities in the next eight months, beginning with locations in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and White House, Tenn., CEO Mark Tulloch told the Nashville Business Journal. Up to three of the locations could offer physical therapy.

2. It will cost between $400,000 and $500,000 to build each new clinic, Mr. Tulloch said.

3. With over 40 employees, 7 Springs currently has seven locations in Tennessee. It opened two of those this year.

4. The orthopedic company aims to expand outside of Tennessee by early 2021. It is evaluating market needs and regulations to determine expansion targets.

5. Established in 2006, 7 Springs expects its 2019 revenue to be double that of 2018, thanks in part to receiving its first round of institutional funding in April. The company expects to raise a new round of funding next year to help finance expansion.
