•    Physicians may not have been fully engaged in selection process
•    Physicians may not be using the product effectively

•    Determine the root cause of dissatisfaction
•    Reexamine how the EHR plays into the practice’s workflow
•    Assign employees to become experts in the various aspects of the EHR
•    Consider a system redesign or switch if the product truly isn’t a fit for the practice
