When asked what percentage of their 2013 revenue they expect to come through non fee-for-service contracts, respondents reported the following:
• Less than 10 percent — 38.4 percent
• 11 to 25 percent — 27.4 percent
• 26 to 50 percent — 15.8 percent
• More than 50 percent — 18.5 percent
