The settlement was confirmed in federal bankruptcy proceedings in Indianapolis, according to a Dec. 13 New York Daily News report. TIG Insurance will pay a large amount of the settlement money awarded to victims, including Olympic stars Simone Biles, Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney, according to The Wall Street Journal.
