Mercy Hospital Arkansas in Rogers opened a 22-bed postoperative unit for patients recovering from spine and orthopedic surgeries.
State College, Pa.-based University Orthopedics Center expanded services at Conemaugh East Hills Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, providing surgical, pain management and physical therapy services at the hospital.
Syracuse (Neb.) Area Health acquired Strasburger Orthopaedics in Lincoln. The acquisition adds the services of orthopedic surgeon Scott Strasburger, MD, who specializes in sports medicine and regenerative medicine.
