U.S. Orthopaedic Partners acquired Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Ala.

U.S. Orthopaedic Partners added North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic in Florence.

Arizona

Gainesville, Fla.-based Orthopedic Care Partners added Tucson (Ariz.) Orthopaedic Institute.

California

Walnut Creek-based Muir Orthopaedic Specialists, Los Gatos-based OrthoNorCal and San Ramon-based Webster Orthopedics merged to create Golden State Orthopedics & Spine.

Connecticut

Spire Orthopedic Partners, a practice management organization, partnered with Danbury-based Connecticut Neck & Back Specialists.

Florida

PartnerCare, a portfolio company of private equity firm Shore Capital Partners, affiliated with Florida Spine & Pain Center, which has clinics in Hollywood, Miramar and Lauderdale Lakes.

Georgia

Lawrenceville, Ga.-based Summit Spine & Joint Centers was acquired by MSouth Equity Partners.

Louisiana

IMAC Holdings acquired Louisiana Orthopaedic & Sports Rehab Institute in Baton Rouge.

Massachusetts

Providence, R.I.-based University Orthopedics partnered with Easton, Mass.-based Orthopedic Care Physician Network to become one of the biggest orthopedic groups in New England.

Minnesota

Staples, Minn.-based Lakewood Health System partnered with Golden Valley, Minn.-based Twin Cities Orthopedics.

Mississippi

U.S. Orthopaedic Partners acquired Jackson (Miss.) Anesthesia Pain Centers and Oxford (Miss.) Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.

U.S. Orthopaedic Partners added Tupelo-based Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi.

Missouri

Gainesville, Fla.-based practice management group Orthopedic Care Partners expanded into Missouri and affiliated with St. Louis-based Motion Orthopedics.

Nebraska

Lincoln (Neb.) Orthopaedic Center and Nebraska Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine, also in Lincoln, merged to create a 24-physician group.

Nevada

Reno-based Spine Nevada and Tahoe Fracture & Orthopedic Medical Clinic in Carson City, Nev., merged to create a 60-provider group.

New Jersey

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based American Orthopedic Partners added two New Jersey practices: Shrewsbury-based Atlantic Pediatric Orthopedics and Edison-based Center for Functional Restoration of the Spine.

New York

Spire Orthopedic Partners added Orthopaedic Associates of Manhasset in Great Neck, N.Y.

Ohio

OrthoCincy Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine partnered with Wellington Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine to become OrthoCincy Wellington Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.

Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, with locations in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, affiliated with Cincinnati-based TriHealth.

Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital, an independent hospital in Springfield, affiliated with Columbus-based OhioHealth and Dayton-based Premier Health.

Cincinnati-based management services organization OrthoAlliance inked a partnership with New Albany, Ohio-based JIS Orthopedics.

Texas

OrthoLoneStar, a merger of six orthopedic practices, launched Jan. 1, 2021.

Virginia

Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours acquired Tuckahoe Orthopaedics, a 13-physician group in Richmond, Va.
