2 orthopedic physicians plan to open ASC in New York

Two physicians with Buffalo (N.Y.) Spine and Sports Medicine are planning to open an ASC in Amherst, N.Y., WGRZ, a partner of Buffalo Business First, reported May 7.

Corine Cicchetti, MD, and Michael Cicchetti, MD, filed plans with the town of Amherst for a 9,000-square-foot facility, the report said. The project was approved in February and awaits final approval from the town board. 
Dr. Corine Cicchetti and Dr. Michael Cicchetti are physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, according to Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine’s website.
