2 hospitals expanding spine programs

Here are two hospitals expanding spine, neurosurgeon programs.

Construction began on an urgent care medical complex in Clifton Park, N.Y., which will be operated by Albany Medical Center and Columbia Development Companies. It will feature a new satellite office for orthopedic specialists with The Bone and Joint Center, focusing on treatments for the spine, hand, upper and lower extremities, hips and sports-related injuries.

Menorah (Kan.) Medical Center, of HCA Midwest Health, is expanding with a $65 million facility that will focus on orthopedics and neuroscience and is set to open in late 2020.
