$17M Minnesota hospital expansion adds spine clinic, outpatient orthopedics

Construction has been completed on Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, Minn., adding an outpatient orthopedic facility as well as a spine and interventional pain clinic, according to a March 9 Rebusiness Online report.

Three things to know:

1. The orthopedic department is led by Erik Stevenson, MD, a Mayo Clinic-trained orthopedic surgeon.

2. Founded in 1964, the nonprofit hospital serves about 30,000 people in the region.

3. The 52,376-square-foot project also remodeled resident rooms, physician offices and nursing stations.
