1. The physicians, part of Colorado-based BoulderCentre for Orthopedics, bought the 61,597-square-foot building from W.W. Reynolds Cos.
2. The group has been leasing the second floor of the three-story building.
3. The orthopedic group also uses 2,600 square feet on the first floor for its MRI services.
4. The physicians will serve as landlords to other building tenants.
