•    Multispecialty group owned by hospital — 13 percent

•    Healthcare organization — 9 percent
•    Private group (multispecialty) — 7 percent
•    Outpatient clinic — 7 percent
•    Other — 3 percent
•    Private solo practice — 1 percent
