1. Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health acquired Raleigh, N.C.-based Carolina Family Practice & Sports Medicine, which has multiple locations in the area.

2. Baylor Medicine Orthopedics and Sports Medicine opened an orthopedic clinic location in Houston.

3. Arkansas Spine and Pain in Little Rock named E. Scot Davis as CEO.

4. Michael Boblitz began his role as CEO of Athens (Ga.) Orthopedic Clinic on Feb. 3.

5. Orthopedic spine surgeon Antonio Webb, MD, opened a spinal clinic in Schertz, Texas.

6. Thomasville, Ga.-based Archbold Medical Group opened a new orthopedics clinic in Thomasville.

7. Tallahassee (Fla.) Orthopedic Clinic opened its Spine and Joint Replacement Surgery Center on Jan. 23.

8. San Antonio, Texas-based TSAOG Orthopaedics & Spine added five physicians to its team.

9. Pinehurst Surgical Clinic and FirstHealth of the Carolinas broke ground on an orthopedic surgery center in Southern Pines, N.C.

10. Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health affiliated with Supply, N.C.-based Leighton Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.
