Orthopedic Surgeon Joshua Siegel of Access Sports Medicine Honored by New Hampshire Magazine

Joshua Siegel, MD, director of sports medicine for Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics in Exeter, N.H., has received a Business Excellence Award from New Hampshire Business Review Magazine for his commitment to giving back and his innovations in healthcare, according to a news release from the facility.



Dr. Siegel was recognized with the Business Excellence Award in the healthcare category by the magazine for his support of local schools and athletic organizations along with his continued efforts to bring new technology to his community, including the nation's first pavilion-style Open-MRI unit to be accredited by the American College of Radiology.


There were 11 category winners in total, who were nominated for the award by colleagues in the business community. Nominations were reviewed by a panel of 14 judges. The nominees were judged on eight different criteria including, industriousness, innovation/vision/creativity, employee and customer relations, achievements/accomplishments, overcoming adversity or competition, overall success of company or organization, dedication to the chosen profession and community involvement.
