RSIP Vision created an artificial intelligence-powered 2D to 3D registration module for orthopedic surgery, the company announced Aug. 12.
The module matches a preoperative CT scan to intraoperative fluoroscopy and lets surgeons see real-time indications. It's designed to increase efficiency in planning and executing procedures.
RSIP plans to develop ddditional modules for implant hardware registration and a 3D anatomical measurement suite.
