NuVasive has launched its Modulus anterior lateral interbody fusion implant, the company announced July 22.

The implant is made of 3D-printed titanium and is part of NuVasive's Advanced Materials Science portfolio. Its material is designed for enhanced osseointegration, biomechanical and imaging properties.

"Modulus ALIF has been one of NuVasive's most successful clinical evaluations to date with continued surgeon adoption and overwhelmingly positive feedback," Massimo Calafiore, executive vice president of global business said. "This differentiated technology furthers our position to become the market leader in ALIF and extends our Modulus portfolio across all procedural segments."
