Stryker has priced an offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of its notes due 2023, according to a Nov. 18 press release.

The announcement came just over a week after Stryker completed its acquisition of Wright Medical. Stryker intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which could include payments in connection with the transaction, the release said.

The notes will mature Dec. 1, 2023, and the offering of the notes is expected to settle Nov. 23, 2023, the release said.
