Parvizi Surgical Innovation made a minority investment in Navbit Holdings, an Australian surgical devicemaker.
Navbit is in the process of developing a single-use surgical navigation system that ensures the acetabular cup is properly positioned during hip replacement surgery. Navbit previously received support from Australian orthopedic companies, as well as government funding. The company used the funding to begin the patent process.
