Aurora Spine closes private placement offering — 3 insights

Aurora Spine closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering raising approximately $644,891 (858,000 Canadian dollars).

What you should know:

1. The company sold 3,432,000 shares of stock and common share purchase warrants for $0.19 per unit to close the tranche.

2. Aurora Spine will use the new funds for general corporate purposes.

3. Each unit will be exercisable 36 months after the issuance date for a cost of $0.34 per unit.
