Medacta opened its new U.S. headquarters in Franklin, Tenn.
Three details:
1. The company will invest $2.5 million and create over 50 jobs in Franklin.
2. Medacta's total joint, spine and sports medicine departments will be housed at the new headquarters.
3. The company is celebrating its 20th anniversary and became a public company in April with shares available for purchase on the Swiss Exchange.
