Four insights:

1. RenovaCare developed the SkinGun, which sprays a patient's own stem cells onto burns and wounds to accelerate healing.

2. Dr. Walthall will assist in product development and increasing the use of the company's technology for conditions such as reconstructive surgery and cosmetics.

3. At Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Walthall served as R&D worldwide director for both tissue regeneration and advanced wound care and later operated as vice president of biologics R&D for Zimmer Biomet.

4. Dr. Walthall also served on the board of wound healing society and on the advisory board for University of California Los Angeles and Atlanta-based Georgia Institute of Technology biomedical departments.
