NuVasive CEO J. Christopher Barry selected a new executive team to lead the company's next growth phase.

Mr. Barry joined NuVasive as CEO on Nov. 5, 2018, and spent the last two months assessing the company. He restructured the organization to include several executives that will report directly to him, including:

• Matt Link as president
• Raj Asarpota as executive vice president and CFO
• Nate Sisitsky as general counsel and corporate secretary
• Jim Garrett as chief compliance officer and leader of Global Risk and Integrity
• Lucas Vitale as chief human resources officer
• Suzanne Hatcher as leader of internal and external affairs
• Dale Wolf as leader of manufacturing efforts

Mr. Wolf will oversee all manufacturing, including the West Carrollton, Ohio, facility, with Mr. Barry's oversight.

Mr. Barry eliminated the executive vice president of people and culture as well as executive vice president of global process transformation positions. Pete Leddy, PhD, and Stephen Rozow previously held those positions.

"I am confident this leadership team and our new structure, along with disciplined execution, will better position NuVasive to fulfill our commitments to patients, surgeons, employees and shareholders, and drive NuVasive's success and sustainable growth," said Mr. Barry. He hopes the new structure will foster cross-functional collaboration and increase accountability.

NuVasive now generates more than $1 billion in revenues and has a 2,400-person workforce serving more than 40 countries.
