Here are six device company mergers, acquisitions and agreements.

Johnson & Johnson, through French affiliate Apsis S.A.S, acquired Orthotaxy, a privately-held developer of software-enabled surgery technologies, including a robotic-assisted surgery solution.

 

Stryker completed its Entellus Medical acquisition.

 

Globus Medical and Fovia entered a licensing and distribution agreement.

 

Digital products developer CoRehab and Zimmer Biomet entered into a distribution agreement for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Zimmer Biomet will market and sell CoRehab products under the Zimmer Biomet trade name Smartmove.

 

K2M is teaming up with the International Spine Study Group Foundation for a data management initiative.

 

Centinel Spine extended its endorsement agreement with Performance Tech Motorsports for the 2018 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.
