Stryker finalizes $662M Entellus Medical acquisition: 4 highlights

Stryker completed its Entellus Medical acquisition, according to Zenopa.

Here are four highlights:


1. As predicted, Stryker acquired the ENT company for $662 million.


2. Entellus Medical focuses on providing minimally invasive solutions for various ear, nose and throat conditions.


3. Entellus Medical has a range of products, including the XprESS multi-sinus dilation system and Latera absorbable nasal implant.


4. The acquisition is anticipated to dilute Stryker's 2018 adjusted net earnings by $0.04 per share.
