Precision Medical Technologies is opening a third facility in Indiana, according to The Journal Gazette.
Here are six notes:
1. By 2022, the Wabash county facility is expected to create up to 60 new jobs.
2. The orthopedic device company's other two Indiana facilities are located in the Kosciusko and Noble counties.
3. Precision Medical will invest $5 million in the expansion.
4. The new facility is 9,000 square feet and will hold computer numerical control machinery and other equipment focused on Precision Medical's new operations.
5. Precision Medical expects the facility to be operational by the beginning of the year.
6. The company manufactures orthopedic implants for spine, extremities and trauma.
