EOI earns FDA clearance for new expandable cage system: 5 things to know

Expanding Orthopedics received FDA approval the FLXfit15 part of the FLXfit 3D Expanding Cage System portfolio.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. FLXfit15 offers physicians more flexibility with different implant length options with infinitely adjustable expansion and lordosis correction of up to 4 millimeters and 15 degrees.

 

2. The FLXfit15 can also be used to treat patients with smaller anatomies due to the devices shorter 32 millimeter footprint version.

 

3. Expandable Orthopedics designed FLXfit15 as an expandable transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion solution to use in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
