Kingsley R. Chin, MD, founder of LESS Institute, shared his experience using the AxioMed Freedom viscoelastic disc. LESS has locations across Florida and Jamaica.

1. Dr. Chin implanted the AxioMed Freedom cervical disc during a procedure in Kingston, Jamaica.
2. He praised the disc for providing ample motion between the spinous processes and facets.
3. Dr. Chin also emphasized the simplicity and ease of implanting the disc, noting his prediction that this "will result in a revolutionary change in spinal care from fusions to viscoelastic discs."
4. Dr. Chin completed his spine surgery fellowship at Cleveland-based Case Western Reserve University and his adult orthopedic joint and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Boston-based Harvard Medical School.
5. KICVentures acquired AxioMed in 2014, but AxioMed still own an exclusive viscoelastic material license for the Freedom disc technology.
