3. Ms. Stryker now directly owns 183,694 shares of the company, valued at $17.2 million.


4. Stryker has a one-year low of $89.81 and a one-year high of $105.34.


5. The company's 50-day moving average is $94.80 and its 200-day moving average is $97.34.


6. The company has a market cap of $35.14 billion.


7. The transaction comes on the heels of rumors that Stryker is once again planning to make a bid for Smith & Nephew.
