Medovex entered into an advisory board member consulting agreement with spine surgeon Vik Kapoor, MBBS, from the United Kingdom.

1. Under the terms of the agreement, Dr. Kapoor will leverage his expertise, experience and relationships in the spine surgery space.
2. Dr. Kapoor will also to help introduce the Medovex DenerveX System to other physicians and medical professionals in Europe.
3. His clinical interests include minimally invasive spinal surgery such as microdiscectomy and X-Stop surgery for spinal stenosis.
4. The DenerveX system is designed to provide relief of pain associated with the facet joint.
5. Medovex was formed to acquire and develop a diversified portfolio of medical technology products.
