Symmetry Medical to close Indiana orthopedic implant facility

According to a report from Herald Online, Symmetry Medical will close their plant in Avilla, Ind., by year's end, which employs 129 people.

Tacomet, who purchased Symmetry's equipment manufacturing business last year, says it will offer affected employees jobs in different locations if possible.
