Stryker opens European headquarters — 5 quick facts

Stryker will open its new European Regional Headquarters to support business overseas, according to Today's Medical Development.

The Kalamazoo, Mich.-based company announced the grand opening of its new headquarters. Here are five quick facts about the facility:

 

• The European headquarters are located in Amsterdam.
• The headquarters will foster collaboration and support global growth.
• The United States ambassador to Netherlands Timothy Broas attended the event.
• The new facility is 59,000 square-feet of space and includes a training center.
• A centralized headquarters promotes efficiency for the European business.

 

The new facility will also allow European markets access to research and development.
