Here are eight recent leadership and executive moves at spine and orthopedic device companies nationwide. Antony, France-based SpineVision appointed Ken Yamada as its U.S. subsidiary's chief operating officer.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based MAKO Surgical added two members to its board of directors, Scott Flora and Jonathan Lord, MD.
