Stryker Invests $30M in Overseas Device Research and Development

Device maker Stryker has invested $30 million into research and development at an Irish plant to develop the next generation of surgical devices for global markets, according to the Silicon Republic. The investment will create 20 new jobs over the next four years to develop technologies that will be used in a range of medical procedures.
