Zeiss Meditec launched the Tivato 700 for minimally invasive spine surgery at the North American Spine Society Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, Sept. 26-29.

Here are three things to know:

1. The Zeiss Tivato 700 offers fluorescence options for vessel patency assessment and other applications.

2. The technology features a graphical user interface. The platform can be integrated into a hospital's existing IT infrastructure to support the digital workflow, and the Zeiss Connect App allows for image documentation, data and data transfer management.

3. The MIS visualization system allows for flexible positioning.
