Dr. Elrod is a physician with Elite Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Nashville, Tenn. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Elrod continued his studies in sports medicine at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. His professional interests include arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder and elbow. He is the head team physician for the Titans as well as the team physician for D1 Sports Therapy/Training in Tennessee. In addition to his practice, Dr. Elrod has published several articles and served as a master clinical instructor for Arthroscopy Association of North America. He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, International Society for Sports Medicine and NFLTeam Physician's Society.

James Andrews, MD.
Dr. Andrews is the founder of Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, Fla. He earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his orthopedic residency at Tulane University in New Orleans. Dr. Andrews' additional training includes a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and at the University of Lyon in France. He is nationally recognized as a leader in sports medicine for his work with professional athletes from around the country. He is a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Andrews is a past president of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and has served on the board of directors for the Arthroscopy Association of North America and International Knee Society. In addition to his work with the Redskins, Dr. Andrews is the medical director for the Tampa Bay Rays.

Christopher Annunziata, MD.
Dr. Annunziata is an associate clinical professor at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and a practice partner at Commonwealth Orthopaedics. In addition to his work with the Redskins, Dr. Annunziata serves as team physician for DC United professional soccer team. He is a member of the NFL Team Physician's Society, American Arthroscopy Association of North American and American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Annunziata earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. His additional training includes a fellowship in sports medicine, knee and shoulder surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Sports Medicine Center.

D. Andrew Parker, MD.
Dr. Parker has a professional interest in hip arthroscopy and cartilage restoration. He practices at Commonwealth Orthopaedics in Arlington, Va. He serves as a team physician for the Redskins as well as DC United professional soccer team. During his career, he has cared for athletes on the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks and Houston Astros. He is a fellow of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Association of North America. Dr. Parker earned his medical degree at the University of Louisville (Ky.) and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. His additional training includes a fellowship in sports medicine at Baylor Sports Medicine Institute in Houston.
