The annual revenue of Phoenix-based orthopedic management company HOPCo is approaching $1 billion as it continues to grow nationwide with added physicians, health systems and payers, according to an Oct. 26 report from the Phoenix Business Journal.

Baltimore-based Mercy Medical Center orthopedic surgeons Marc Hungerford, MD, and Philip Neubauer, MD, have become two of the first surgeons in the state to offer Zimmer Biomet's PersonaIQ "smart implant" technology for knee replacement surgeries. 

Phoenix-based OrthoArizona, which employs 70 musculoskeletal specialists, has expanded its total joint service line with the addition of Robert Burnham Jr., MD.
