Question: How would you describe the culture of orthopedics?
Dr. Robert Grumet: Orthopedics is a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to helping restore function and quality of life to our patients. We value, and strive to achieve, a certain level of activity, whether that be dancing at a wedding or competing in triathlons. Orthopedics is committed to taking care of the whole person and understanding the synergistic relationship between dysfunction of a particular system and its downstream effects on other parts of the body.
