Dr. Frank Liporace: The best advice I could give the next generation of orthopedic surgeons is to be constantly looking for opportunities to innovate. We have made great strides in orthopedic care in recent decades, both through surgical techniques and in the philosophy of how we approach and treat different medical problems. Although we always want to build upon the techniques and practices that have come before, I am constantly challenging the next generation to come up with newer and better ways to help patients recover and regain mobility as quickly as possible.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
